A combination of over 30 years of remodeling experience in Colorado Springs and Southern Colorado means that your project is done right the first time. The Remodeler utilizes a design/build process. This allows us to identify and prioritize the parameters of your project. First, we establish your remodeling goals, priorities and budget. Our expertise and creativity then enable us to develop specifications and plans that meet or exceed your goals and priorities while maintaining your budget. Prior to incurring costly architectural design fees for finished plans, the basic design and scope of work is laid out and estimated. Using the Design/Build approach, adjustments may be made to “fine tune” the project before committing to a finished set of blueprints, saving time and costly redrafting fees.

In contrast, often a client will pay for costly designs and plans before a budget has been established. The design may result in meeting the goals of the project, but rarely meets the budget of the client. Thus, seldom is the project ever completed.

The Remodeler uses a "Lead Carpenter." He is the person that makes it all happen. This person is much more than a very talented craftsman. The Lead Carpenter is your guide through the daily activities of remodeling your home. The Lead Carpenter becomes your own personal project manager and craftsman all in one. Each project is assigned a Lead Carpenter, ensuring that you will receive the personal attention that each of our clients deserve.
